Since time immemorial, the Kindred - vampires - have stalked unseen by the mortal masses upon whom they prey. Their world is a xenophobic, neo-feudal nightmare, and each city is ruled by a Prince, the most powerful and influential Kindred of them all. The Prince's word is inviolate and his actions are unquestionable. All Kindred turn to the Prince for protection, favor and for guidance in these modern nights.

But the prince has been destroyed and his legacy is in ashes. The mantle of leadership must fall to another: one of the Primogen, vampiric elders who lead their unique clans of Kindred. The competition will be fierce, and only the most prestigious and cunning Kindred will prevail.

Vampire: Prince of the City is a game of strategy and diplomacy of moderate complexity for 3 to 5 players set in the world of Vampire: The Requiem.

The attractive Prince of the City game box includes the following components: One rulebook, one folding city board, one deck of 100 playing cards, five character cards, five unique character miniatures representing each of the five Primogen vampires, five 10-sided dice, three sheets of punched counters and tokens.

The Board - Game play in Vampire: Prince of the City takes place on a beautifully crafted thematic game board representing the city the vampires seek to dominate.

The Pieces - Each player in the game tracks his movements about the city using one of the five unique character miniatures, each representing one of the five Primogen vampires.

Vampire Clans - The Kindred are a race of undead, a society of blood-sucking vampires that have existed alongside us for centuries, perhaps millennia. The Kindred divide themselves into familial groups called clans, each of which claims a different cultural heritage and a distinct blood magic of its own.
